Faculty, Staff, and Student Organizations, if you have important information that you would like to have appear on the digital signs, please e-mail dll150@psu.edu with the details. Include the following in your e-mail:

  1. When the sign should appear
  2. When the sign expires
  3. Content
  • We cannot publish slides if they contain: copyright violations, profane or derogatory language, or other inappropriate content.
  • All slides from Student Organizations, must be approved first by Student Affairs.
  • When developing your content, keep in mind, people will only view the slides for a brief period of time. We recommend only 3 to 6 lines of text per slide.
  • No audio will be accepted.
