*Handles all club monies

*Takes deposits from club members

*Makes deposits to Student Affairs representative

*Keeps receipts and club books (accounts)

*Requests checks for clubs through the use of SGA check request form, gets signatures as appropriate

*Picks up checks from Student Affairs

*Receives monthly statement from SGA treasurer- reconciles with club records (OFFICIAL RECORDS IN STUDENT AFFAIRS)

*Makes report to club on all financial transactions/records at each club meeting and/or when requested to do so by club's executive officers

*Responsible for club's completion and submission of SGA budget form. This should be coordinated with other club officers.
