Why study Business?

A business degree is one of the most sought after degrees in the United States for new students as well as those who are already employed. The infinite number of employment opportunities available in the public and private sectors make a business degree a challenging and highly rewarding choice.

Majoring in business prepares you to work in a variety of settings including business, government, and nonprofit. You will learn how to negotiate, improve your written and oral communication skills, think strategically and act responsibly, solve problems in teams and pursue your individual dreams, make and present a solid business case, and apply your knowledge in a working environment.

In today's business world, you need to be an explorer, an originator, and an entrepreneur!

Penn State DuBois offers both a 4-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (BSBCC) and a 2-year Associate Degree in Business Administration (2BACC). Graduates with the 2-year degree have the option of continuing on to the BSBCC degree with no loss of credits.
